West Ham United have agreed a £24m fee with Stoke City for forward Marko Arnautovic, according to Sky sources.
The 28-year-old has expressed a desire to join West Ham this summer and last week handed in a transfer request in a bid to force through a move.

Sky Sources understand the Austrian international said goodbye to his Stoke teammates and staff at the club's training ground on Tuesday afternoon, although there is still some work to do to complete the deal.

West Ham had failed with two bids for Arnautovic, the first
at £15m and the second at £20m, but were expected to return with a third offer.

Arnautovic has not featured for Stoke since suffering a suspected knee injury in their 1-0 pre-season victory over Swiss side Neuchatel Xamax last week.

He joined Stoke from Werder Bremen for £2m in 2013 and scored 26 goals in over 100 appearances for the club.

Arnautovic would become West Ham's third signing of the summer following the arrivals of defender Pablo Zabaleta and England goalkeeper Joe Hart, who joined on a season-long loan from Manchester City on Tuesday.

The Hammers are also hoping to complete a deal to sign forward Javier Hernandez from Bayer Leverkusen this week.
