Plateau United head coach Kennedy Boboye has expressed delight over the recent acquisitions of the club.
Bature Yaro and Stanley Okoro have both joined the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) leaders as they look to claim unlikely title success.
Boboye believes the new additions will boost the side’s chances in the NPFL in the second stanza.

“Bature has joined us from Nasarawa United, Stanley Okoro the former Abia Warriors player and Tega formerly on Niger
Tornadoes are now with us,” Boboye told supersport.com.
“These players are all very experienced and they will boost our chances of doing well in the second round.
“The objective is to strengthen the team,” he said.
Plateau United were beaten 1-0 by the champions, Enugu Rangers, in a rescheduled NPFL game in Enugu on Wednesday.
Despite the reverse, United remain top of the 20-team NPFL standings but Boboye chooses to remain calm about his side’s title chances.
“We are not thinking about winning the title now because it is still too early.
“We are just interested in picking up as many points as possible wherever we play.
“At the end of the day, we will see how many points we have amassed and see where it takes us to,” he said.
Plateau United have amassed 35 points from 19 matches this season.
