Uyo church collapse: Enyeama, Onazi, Troost-Ekong express heartfelt grief
Super Eagles players have expressed their sympathy to the victims of the collapsed church in the south eastern part of Nigeria.
The Nigeria internationals expressed their sadness at the devastating building collapse that killed 60 people die.
The players joined the nation in extending their condolences
to the bereaved families and the people of Akwa Ibom state.
"My prayers are with the families that lost love ones. My beautiful city Uyo.God heal the wounded and bind the broken.RIP to the dead," Enyeama tweeted.
"We live each day hoping for God's protection, as life is worth nothing to some people. Pray for Uyo and Istanbul Lord have mercy," Onazi tweeted.
"My thoughts with our Govenor @MrUdomEmmanuel and everyone who lost someone in the collapse of the church in Uyo. May their souls RIP. Sad," Troost-Ekong tweeted.
