The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, yesterday, disclosed
that its Joint Venture, JV, payment structure requires an urgent review,
stating that, henceforth, oil and gas royalties and taxes would be utilized
in liquidating outstanding and future JV cash call arrears.
