Kano Pillars targeting doubles next season, says Danladi
Kano Pillars goalkeeper, Danladi Isa is optimistic that four-time Nigerian champions will hit the summit in 2017.
Danladi left Plateau United to sign a deal that will keep him at Kano Pillars for two seasons.
Pillars have welcomed former gaffer, Kadiri Ikhana and a couple of new signings ahead of the 2016/17 NPFL season set to start on January 15, 2017.
"Personally I aim high, I am very ambitious and I don't believe impossibility exist," Danladi told Goal.
"Kano Pillars is a great club, one of the best on the
continent. The fans, the management and the team doesn't in any way settle for less and that's the kind of feeling in camp. We shall go all out in 2017 as we target the NPFL and Federation Cup trophies.
"Kano Pillars won the NPFL trophy thrice in a row, that's huge. There's special feel of i can do it in the team and that robs off on everyone associated with Kano Pillars."
