Serge Aurier will not be heading to Old Trafford

Manchester United have poured cold water on claims they have agreed a deal for Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier.

Several newspapers reported on Wednesday that United
were set to pay £27m for the Ivory Coast international's services despite his ban from entering the UK.

The 24-year-old was found guilty of assaulting a police officer outside a Paris nightclub in September last year.

However, Sky sources have been told United do not want to sign Aurier.
It is also understood that United are not currently pursuing other targets and may have to offload some players before allowing any other arrivals.
