Keita is a prime target for Klopp as he looks to improve his squad and is prepared to break the club’s transfer record in order to bring the Guinea international to Anfield.

Leipzig don’t want to sell Keita and reportedly value the versatile midfielder in the €80 million bracket, while Liverpool have offered him a £130,000 a week contract.

LIVERPOOL QUOTE €100M FOR COUTINHO

Liverpool have told Paris Saint-Germain that Philippe Coutinho will cost €100 million (£87m) after knocking back an enquiry for their Brazilian star, The Mirror  reports.

PSG have joined Barcelona in showing an interest in the former Inter Milan playmaker, but Liverpool have no intention of selling during the transfer window and have tried to deter suitors by slapping a huge price tag on Coutinho.

CHELSEA JOIN DANILO HUNT

Chelsea have joined Juventus in showing an interest in Danilo, with Real Madrid prepared to sell the right-back if they receive an offer of at least €35 million, according to  Marca .

Danilo has been earmarked as a potential replacement for Dani Alves at Juventus after previous reports that the Brazilian was willing to stay at Madrid to fight for his place.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is considering a move for Borussia Dortmund defender Marc Bartra, reports AS .

Mourinho has already strengthened his defence this summer by signing Victor Lindelof from Benfica and sees former Barcelona centre-half Bartra as an ideal addition to his squad.

Chelsea are prepared to make a potentially world-record breaking offer for Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli, according to  Don Balon .
Antonio Conte is keen to make a statement during this transfer window, and wants to buy Alli despite him having a pricetag in excess of €100 million.

Romelu Lukaku is also a target for Conte despite his own asking price being in the same region as that of Alli.

MAHREZ TO JOIN ARSENAL

Arsenal are set to announce the signing of Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez in the next few days, reports Calciomercato .
Mahrez has been looking to leave Leicester this summer and had reportedly been holding out for an offer from Barcelona.

However, with no bid from Barcelona forthcoming, Mahrez is now expected to join Arsenal, having also been linked with a move to Chelsea.

CHELSEA TO HOLD MORE ALEX SANDRO TALKS

Chelsea will hold further talks on Monday in their bid to sign Juventus defender Alex Sandro in a club record £60 million deal, reports The Telegraph .
Alex Sandro is likely to be offered more than £100,000 a week to join Chelsea, with Juve unable to match the wages being put up by the Premier League club.

Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with a bid for Alex Sandro, but the Brazilian’s preference is to move to Stamford Bridge.

DEPOR HOPE FOR PEREZ DEAL

However, Mourinho values Darmian’s versatility and the defender will need to make clear his desire to move, if United are to sell during the transfer window.

ROMA READY TO BID FOR MADRID DEFENDER

Roma are considering a fresh approach for Nacho Fernandez after failing in a bid for the Real Madrid defender last summer, according to Gazzetta dello Sport .

The Serie A side are keen to bring in a new centre-half during the transfer window and Nacho is one of their options. Left-back is also an area in need of reinforcement, with Liverpool’s Alberto Moreno reportedly among the candidates for that position.
