‘Anything is possible’ – Ilechukwu talks up MFM’s title hope
Despite losing to Saraki's men, their gaffer is upbeat about their chances of his side lifting the coveted silverware
Fidelis Ilechukwu has expressed confidence in Mountain of Fire and Miracles FC’s credentials to battle for the Nigerian Professional Football League trophy this season.

Last season, Ilechukwu and his men were lucky to have escaped the drop after strings of uninspiring results saw them toil in the other end of the table.

But consistent performances in the six-week-old topflight campaign has seen the gaffer weigh up his second-placed side’s possibilities of lifting the silverware.

“Yes anything is possible as long as the team’s performance is going to be consistent,” Ilechukwu told Goal.
“Because, I know that MFM is one of the teams that is going to be among the title contender,” he continued. “And then, anything at all is possible.

“But I believe if the team can continue like this there is the possibility of winning the league as well.''
