Adetunji completes move to Abia Warriors
The striker has completed his switch to Abia Warriors and is eager to make his debut on match day six
The former Shooting Stars, striker who scored 10 goals last season, was part of Abia Warriors pre-season but he couldn't play in an official match since his transfer hasn't been completed.
An undisclosed fee was paid to Shooting Stars to complete the transfer
and Adetunji has revealed that he is looking forward to his debut.
" Finally I am good to go," Adetunji told Goal.
"It has really been frustrating not playing though I have been training with the team but the joy of a hope to play again is so immense and i am really eager to debut for Abia Warriors.
"The fans have been on my neck asking when I'll play. I am really happy to get my career activated here at Abia Warriors activated.
"The fans have clamoring to see their new signing and i am motivated by the love. I hope to live up to expectations and start scoring goals."
Adetunji has previously played for El-Kanemi Warriors, Shooting Stars and he is now available for selection when Abia Warriors host Gombe United in a week 6 NPFL tie at the Umuahia Stadium on Sunday.
