Marseille have announced the signing of Dimitri Payet from West Ham.

The French Ligue 1 club have confirmed Payet has signed a four-year contract and he will be officially unveiled at a press conference at the Robert Louis-Dreyfus
centre - Marseille's training complex - on Monday at 1.30pm.

The 29-year-old will be joined by OM president Jacques-Henri Eyraud and sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta, after costing them £25m.

Payet arrived at the club he left in 2015 on Sunday, ready to undergo a medical and sign his personal terms.
The France international smiled as he was met at the airport by fans, who took pictures with the attacker before he made his way to his new club.

There had been a protracted stalemate over the transfer fee but West Ham finally agreed to Marseille's final £25m offer on Sunday, after accepting the insertion of a 25 per cent sell-on clause.

Payet leaves West Ham having scored 15 goals in 60 appearances for West Ham.
