My boss is just annoying. He has refused to release funds made available by world bank for our training. simply because the world bank wants to directly deal with the employees involved. On the other hand, he is scheming to nominate his own cronies to benefit from the training. People whose job role is not directly related to the course. Sometimes I feel handicapped. what's your work place experience and how have you been able to address the issue?
