Former LASAA boss releases book on outdoor advertising
The intrigues and high-stake
politicking that characterised events which played out in Lagos State
outdoor advertising sector, in the build-up to Nigeria’s 2015 general
elections, have been detailed in a new book titled 2015 Elections: The Politics of Outdoor Advertising in Lagos State.
Comprising 22 chapters, the book is
authored by George Noah, immediate past Managing Director, Lagos State
Signage and Advertisement Agency .
Noah is said to have piloted affairs of the agency during the 2015 elections.
The publishers add in a statement,
“He
was in the eye of the storm – as former federal authorities and
opposition groups engaged LASAA in a battle of attrition famously dubbed
The Lagos Poster War. Covering a broad array of themes, which
expound issues that transpired, the book sets the record straight and
offers insightful perspectives.
“The book addresses challenges faced by

personal risks faced by personnel of these agencies – among other
