The Nigerian Air Force carried out a bombing operation on illegal oil dealers in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. Militancy and illegal oil bunkering has been a serious threat to the country’s main export good with the federal government vowing to crack down on the operations.

“The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has destroyed another set of illegal oil barges in River States. Two of the latest barges filled with stolen oil were set ablaze by NAF helicopters on armed patrol around Okoromabie and South East of Port Harcourt refinery.
