Watford Vs Manchester United - (0 - 0) - Live by seydam21(m):

MATCH PREVIEW

Manchester United will be looking to get back
to winning ways this weekend with a trip to
Watford for Sunday’s early Premier League
kick-off.

After a perfect start under Jose Mourinho,
cracks are starting to appear in this Red
Devils side as they suffer back-to-back
defeats for the first time since March.
Last week, United were beaten at home by
neighbours Manchester City in an early blow
against one of their biggest title rivals, and
the misery continued for them with a 1-0
defeat at Feyenoord in the Europa League on
Thursday.
Here’s a look at what lies ahead for United as
they travel to Vicarage Road…

United’s £89million summer signing, the
Frenchman is yet to do anything of note in a
red shirt, and with that kind of money spent
on him, fans may start to lose patience
quickly.

We all know the 23-year-old has world class
quality, as he’s shown in his career so far
with Juventus and France, but he has a point
to prove in the Premier League and will be
fully expected to dominate a game like this.

Mostly used in a deeper role by Mourinho so
far, Pogba moved forward into Wayne
Rooney’s number ten position against
Feyenoord. It remains to be seen how he’ll be
used for this game, and that could be vital in
terms of helping him show his true potential

Watford don’t have too many injuries to
worry about aside from Stefano Okaka, so
can field a strong line up for this big game.
As ever, the useful strike partnership of Troy
Deeney and Odion Ighalo will be key for the
home side, while Etienne Capoue is one to
watch in midfield.

Mourinho has suggested he’ll revert to his
usual starting XI after making some changes
in the Europa League, and this surely means
a controversial return for the under-
performing Wayne Rooney.

Marcus Rashford has surely earned a start
over Anthony Martial, though, so could take a
place on the left, while Juan Mata should
continue on the right with no competition
from the injured Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

If you memorise one stat, make it this…
Manchester United haven’t lost a league
game to Watford since all the way back in
1986, before Sir Alex Ferguson even took
charge of the club.

Match stats
Watford have lost each of their last nine league meet
with United, including the previous six in the Premier
League.

was appointed manager of the club.

Ibrahimovic has scored four goals in his first four
Premier League games for Manchester United.

The Red Devils haven't won three consecutive Premier
League away games since a run of four ended in April
2014, under David Moyes' management.
