Alex Iziyon Withdraws From Ondo PDP Case-Nairaland

Here is a letter from Jimoh Ibrahim’slawyer, Alex Iziyon (SAN) withdrawing from the case on PDP governorship candidate in Ondo State.

The lawyer who represents Poroye, the self-professed Ondo State Chairman of Sheriff faction of PDP has withdrawn from the case at Appeal Court on the Ondo State PDP candidature tussle.

The SAN said he was not aware of the petition written against the three Appeal Court Justices thar were handling the case and opted out to protect his name and integrity.
